Daniel Thorngren III, MD
Clearwater – Daniel Thorngren III, MD, has joined Empath Health’s Palliative Care program. He completed a Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and received his doctorate from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Thorngren will serve patients in the inpatient and community settings.
