Sometimes our natural tendency is to greet Monday morning with a groan rather than a smile. The weekend is over, it’s back to work. We are busy people, so most of the time there is a lot of work to come back to. Just being aware of this internal dynamic and consciously making a perspective adjustment can make all the difference.
One spiritual teacher describes it this way, “Even if you have a lot of work to do – if you think of it as wonderful and if you feel it as wonderful, it will transform into the energy of joy and fire instead of becoming a burden.”
