One of the challenges of living through difficult times is that the difficulties often fill our whole awareness. It is so important to ensure that even in the midst of challenging times we continue to recognize the good and the beautiful. I ran across this saying the other day:
Life is like a camera
Focus on what is important
Capture the good times
Develop from the negatives
And if things don’t work out
Take another shot!
May we make space in our spirit to recognize and appreciate the wonderful things that each day brings.
