There are so many important things to do today. What is infinitely more important than the checklist, however, is who we are in the midst of our doing. Do we feel grounded, clear-headed, connected to and living out from our deepest values? Or do we feel pressed, stressed, hurried, and just trying to get it all done?
It is true that we don’t always have control over our external environment. But our internal environment is entirely of our own making. May we have the wisdom and the presence of mind to ensure that who we are, always shines forth in what we do.
