Change is inevitable but transformation is something that is advancing and intentional. Transformation helps us to rise to the next level, to achieve a more perfect expression. Whether it is personal, organizational, or societal, it is difficult and involves real struggle. What wise people throughout history have discovered, however, is that it is in engaging with this struggle for transformation that our lives are imbued with meaning and purpose and our world becomes a more beautiful, just and joyful place.
