Sometimes we underestimate our power to direct our lives. We can feel like a piece of driftwood tossed about by the waves. The truth is, however, that with vision and dedication we can set our own course. As Oprah says, “Take your good fortune and lift your life to its highest calling. Understand that the right to choose your own path is a sacred privilege. Use it. Dwell in possibility.”
